Volleyball activities

The Community YMCA in Red Bank, NJ, offers two volleyball leagues. New seasons are started each
Fall (late August/very early September) and each Winter (early January). The Wednesday night league
is a team signup league, if you are interested in submitting a team, use any of the contacts below. The
Thursday night league is on an individual entry basis, the volleyball volunteers will then form teams to
create the league teams. We play using the USAV rules, with some local changes as described in
YMCA Volleyball League Rules.
